The website is a professional portfolio and information hub covering composition, music production, musicianship, artistic work, screenplay and creative writing, services, and guitar research and development.

These Terms govern use of the website itself. They do not replace any separate written agreement entered into for a music commission, licence, collaboration, performance, production service, screenplay development, guitar R&D engagement or other professional arrangement.

3. Intellectual Property

4. Music Available on the Website

Music made available through the website's audio players is provided primarily for listening, evaluation and portfolio purposes.

5. Composition and Sound Recording Rights

A musical composition and a particular sound recording of that composition may involve separate rights.

contributions by other writers, performers or rights holders

may be owned or controlled by different parties.

A licence granted in relation to one right does not automatically grant rights in another.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, participation in a recording or project does not automatically transfer ownership of:

pre-existing compositions;

pre-existing recordings;

performances;

arrangements;

production material;

instruments;

equipment;

intellectual property; or

other material owned or controlled by Jaime Cox.

Performers may also have separate rights in their performances under UK law.

9. Music: Artistry

The Music: Artistry section may contain music released or presented as artistic work rather than specifically commissioned or production music.

The availability of an artistic recording for listening does not imply that it is available for:

synchronisation;

sampling;

remixing;

adaptation;

commercial use;

reproduction; or

incorporation into another work.

Permission must be obtained where required.

10. Screenplay and Written Works

Written material presented through the Screenplay section may include screenplays, treatments, concepts, characters, story material, dialogue, fictional worlds and related creative works.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such material remains protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

You must not, without permission:

reproduce it;

publish it;

distribute it;

adapt it;

develop derivative works from it;

commercially exploit it;

use substantial elements of it in another work; or

represent it as your own work.
